KSCMM is an active national-wide organization for Korean medicine physicians, and consists of a central organizing body and 8 regional branches representing 1,056 active members obligated to pay annual membership fees, and 100+ members of Education faculty and a 32 members of Executive Board.

The Executive office at KSCMM headquarters employs 3 full time staff, and all presidents, directors and education/training faculty work for the KSCMM on an honorary basis.
